Dr. Michelle is a very responsible and sophisticated Doctor, she always works hard and examine patient very carefully, she has been looking after me for over 15 years. I’m really appreciate for her great practice

She will try to charge you wherever she can, dodgy doctor and will try to pull a fast one on you wherever she can, avoid at all costs

I have been a patient of this clinic for many years and I am happy with the services they provided. The doctor treats me with respect and provides an excellent health care to me and my family.

While others may complain about the long wait times, I want to assure anyone reading this that Dr Ong is a dedicated doctor who takes her time with *all* of her patients, she is incredibly thorough and caring; unlike many gps who want to boot you out as quick as they can, Dr Ong genuinely cares enough to take the time needed to help you. Yes this means longer wait times but it also means you receive better care and that everyone who sees Dr Ong does. It’s 100% worth the wait.

My family have been seeing Dr Ong for many years. She is so patient with my parents who don’t speak English and give very thorough advice. Dr Ong is also the only doctor I can find who will do her best to make time for the last minute consultation for my kids’ cold/flu prescription. We’re grateful to Dr Ong’s care for so many years.

Dr Michelle Ong has been my GP for the greater part of the last 24 years and is the only GP I've had whom I've liked in my life. One of the things I value when it comes to seeing a doctor being able to see the one of my choice. For those who say the practice needs more doctors, I say, some of us would rather wait beyond our appointment time for a doctor we do like and have a rapport with than have a receptionist ask if we'd like to see another doctor in the practice we may not like just to save time! Dr Michelle Ong always ensures that I have enough time to discuss my concerns with her and treats me with respect. I will always see her as my GP.

After seeing several GPs and paid specialists who only read my test reports and found nothing, I finally came to Dr. Michelle Ong. She is truly knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify the underlying cause of my years-long issue. Her professional expertise was evident in her ability to diagnose and prescribe a solution that truly changed my life. I am deeply grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of quality healthcare. Although she may be busy, the wait is worth it as she is truly able to solve the problem at hand.

The worst experience I have ever had with a practice! The doctor yelling at clients and her receptionist! Was told my appointment was 3: 10 then told I wouldn’t be seen until 3: 40. I understand when things run behind but from the start to the end it was an awful experience and a complete waste of my time! To the point I was going to miss my other appointment at 4pm! People go to a doctor because they are sick! Not to get a slip of paper like a restaurant and kept waiting for over 30mins to be seen unless it’s a walk in doctor which it definitely isn’t! If I could give -5 stars I would!

Called just to inquire about an appointment but reception was so abrupt after telling me that there will be a charge after a certain time and just told me “I have to go now ok? ” And just hung up, I was ok to pay and book but was not even asked before hanging up. Very rude and unprofessional.

Insurance asked GP to sign a form to get insurance claimed. However, Michelle asks me to book an appointment only for sign the form, she charged a full appointment fee. But she was busy she asked to leave the form with her and promised will call me to pick up the form. But when I call back ask when can I pick up the form she asks me to book another appointment for collecting the form. So stupid! I would like to rate her service as negative if have this option!

Dr Ong has been able to get me the treatment that I have needed for a while. Her persistence has paid off. Highly recommended.

I've an appointment at 3pm and I've been waiting for more than 1: 30 hour. Shouldn't have to allow to book at 3pm if I have to wait that long.

Dr Michelle Ong is a very caring doctor who cars a lot about her patients. She is very busy but manages it well and always takes the time to make sure we as patients are looked after especially those with chronic health issues or in pain.

New patient. Very good and experienced Dr Michelle Ong. Professional and caring in her approach. She’s very busy but takes the time to look after her patients.

Receptionist is rude. She cut me off when talking and even disconnected the call and just advised me to check a message i did not receive. Very poor customer service, regardless how much marketing you pay for your clinic if your receptionist is rude that is useless!

Very bad experience，there is only one Dr in the clinic. The Dr doesn't respect people‘s time ，Very dispointed！Never go back again.

BTW very dirty inside. Hairs all around the floor, no clean up. Makes me feel gross.

Dr Michelle blames, rude at her own receptionist in front of everyone.

I got appointment but still need to wait over two hours. When I went to ask how long should I still need to wait. She’s like still have 3 ppl in front of me. They may not respect the patient's time. They also keep accepting ppl who just walk in without appointment. Everything just messy in here.

Three patients were called in at the same time, and after long time waited I was finally got called that I can go in. But the room was full and they told me I had to wait outside again? When I finally got called second time. They just told me come in and fine your own empty room? … and I have to keep waiting in the room again. Never come back next time. Anything just messy.

The first time I saw Dr Michelle. She’s constantly used her phone and send the message to someone else and interrupted conversations when we were talking. I trust the doctor's experience, but it was disrespect and unprofessional. But I still gave it another go which is today the second time I see Dr Michelle. I will just say never come back again.

She spends more time micromanaging her receptionist then seeing patients. Imagine the worst tiger mom you can and multiply it.
